• Large Saucepan
• Small Saucepan
• Cheese Grater
• Wooden Spoon
• Whisk
• 1½ quart baking dish
|

INGREDIENTS: |
|
• 1½ cups Macaroni (your choice of style)
• 1/4 cup Colby cheese, grated
• 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, extra sharp,
grated • ½ cup Pepper Jack cheese, grated
• 4 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
• 3/4 cup of milk, to start (add more milk
as needed to bring the sauce to a
creamy consistency, easy to pour but
not too thin)
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce
• Cayenne pepper to taste
• Jalapeno pepper, diced, optional
• Salt & pepper to taste |
