BAVARIAN DINNER

Slow Cooker (Crockpot)
Cutting Board
Knife
Large Spoon
Vegetable peeler
INGREDIENTS:
2 15 oz cans Bavarian style sauerkraut
1 lbs Polish kielbasa sausage (pre-
  cooked), cut into 3" pieces
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
½ tsp celery seed
4 medium potatoes, peeled and
  quartered (optional)

PREPARATION:
Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Layer 1 can of sauerkraut and ½ the sausage pieces, half the onion slices, 1 of the bouillon cubes, crushed, and 1/4 tsp of celery seed. Repeat for second layer. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
