INGREDIENTS: |
•
2 15 oz cans Bavarian
style sauerkraut
•
1 lbs Polish kielbasa
sausage (pre-
cooked), cut into 3"
pieces
•
1 medium onion,
thinly sliced
•
2 tsp chicken
bouillon (2 cubes)
•
½ tsp celery seed
•
4 medium potatoes,
peeled and
quartered (optional) |

PREPARATION: |
Place
potatoes in bottom of crockpot.
Layer 1 can of sauerkraut and ½ the
sausage pieces, half the onion
slices, 1 of the bouillon cubes,
crushed, and 1/4 tsp of celery seed.
Repeat for second layer. Cover and
cook on low for 6 hours. |
