PREPARATION:
Peel and
devein shrimp. Cook onion, pepper
and garlic in butter in a large
skillet over medium heat, stirring
constantly, appx. 4 minutes; add
lemon juice and tarragon, steak
sauce, Worcestershire sauce and
hot sauce. Bring to a boil; add
shrimp and cook, stirring
constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or
until shrimp turn pink. Serve over
linguine. Sprinkle with parsley.
HINTS: I used large shrimp
in my recipe. For a little more
flavor in your pasta, place the
shrimp shells in a saucepan and
bring to a boil for appx 4 or 5
minutes. Drain the shells, saving
the water and return the water to
the saucepan. Use it to cook your
pasta. |
